Absolutely dreadful. Every time I visit, there's always an issue. Scheduling problems arise even when I make an appointment. They didn't use tools that were properly disinfected; instead, they just sprayed them with alcohol and quickly wiped them down. I was concerned about the hygiene standards, so I walked out. Additionally, the woman had to take a break, leaving me waiting for 15 minutes right in the middle of the service. I requested a regular French manicure, but she tried to dissuade me. Having had a manicure elsewhere a few days prior, I only wanted a color change for the French tips, yet they quoted me $30 just for that. I went to the neighboring town and got the same service for $15. The first time I got gel nails there, they forgot to apply the gel on one nail, so I had to return, and they had a poor attitude despite it being their mistake. Trying to schedule an appointment is always a hassle in some way. They are overpriced, disorganized, and it's hard to find someone available, yet there are always staff members chatting or eating. There is one kind lady named Joy who does a good job, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't be returning.
I’m a fresh face here, stepped in to inquire about pricing. After agreeing to a new full set & gel pedicure, I was made to wait for 15 minutes. Despite plenty of staff members being available, they were engrossed in their own conversations. When I inquired about being attended to, the lady informed me that the girl who was supposed to assist me was on a break. It wasn't a wise choice made by this salon. When dealing with new customers, especially if your staff is not prepared, you should assign the client to one of the other three who were ready. I'm glad I left as I could see the poor quality of their work. I would advise other ladies to steer clear of this place!
Update: I had a different technician last time due to my regular one being fully booked. She ended up giving me a fungus on two of my nails, and I paid $85 plus tip for nails that only lasted 9 days, whereas they typically last me 4+ weeks. Avoid this place at all costs.
