This establishment is absolutely fantastic! I entered with damaged gel nails adorned with jewels and a broken nail, and they promptly fixed them on the same day at a very reasonable cost! The nail technician was extremely friendly and pleasant, and he did a fantastic job restoring my nails! (the pink nails are the before, and the red nails are the after) 😊 …
My initial visit was pleasant. However, my subsequent AND final visit.. My scheduled time was 2:30 pm. I explicitly mentioned that I wanted gemstones on two nails. I even brought my own gemstones. By 3:30 pm, another technician took over. When I inquired about the delay, he claimed he couldn't do gemstones. FALSE!! He was the reason I returned. They prioritize some of their regular customers over individuals with appointments. They add extra charges, so ensure to confirm prices. Some customers were disputing undisclosed costs during checkout. I have NEVER left a negative review before. This was highly unprofessional. My time was wasted. They could have declined the service over the phone, which would have saved me a trip and prevented them from lying. I'm fine if you don't wish to proceed. I can find another place. The handling of this situation was truly disappointing.
I adore this salon. The staff here treat me exceptionally well, and my SONS.. they are incredibly kind, supportive, and skilled. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. They converse in Korean at the salon. Communication is always crystal clear for guidance and clarification or for a peaceful atmosphere when it's quiet and you're not interacting with them. They are inclusive and ready to translate for you. However, it's irrelevant because they are so welcoming, open, and talented. This is the go-to place for top-notch, efficient, and compassionate service.
