The PA was great. She took the time to explain when I could expect seeing results. She also helped me find another location convenient to needing an appointment on a Saturday. I love her professionalism and persistence. She was very pleasant to work with during my last visit. There is always plenty of parking. I typically wait about 5 minutes before being seen. All of the staff I've interacted with are very nice and professional. I appreciate the overall quality of service.
My appointment this morning was quick and easy. I had my virtual consultation with Taylor yesterday who was helpful and able to get me in the very next day. This morning when I arrived I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff and an even friendlier aesthetician. Mason, was amazing. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease with my treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatments with Ideal Image Canton.
Dylan was so wonderful to speak to. She made the whole consultation process easy and comfortable. Definitely made me feel like I could not only just trust her but also the injectors and that they would do what is right for me today and not more than what I need.
