This enterprise should contemplate transitioning to appointment-only operations. On two occasions, I visited and observed that they lacked sufficient staff to accommodate customers. Both times, there were only four individuals present—two patrons and two employees. It's rather surprising that they do not have a complete team available, particularly on weekends. This situation makes it quite challenging to receive the necessary service.
This establishment was immaculate, and all individuals were pleasant. My pedicure turned out flawless. I particularly enjoyed the massage, which was of a satisfactory duration. No complimentary beverage was offered, and truthfully, I was slightly disappointed by that. In this day and age, I assumed that complimentary drinks were standard. Unfortunately, this establishment did not provide that. It might be a deal-breaker depending on the duration of the pedicure. Everything else was absolutely superb.
I had a splendid time! The ambiance is serene and tastefully adorned, spotless and hygienic. Liam was exceptional! He was exceedingly courteous, skilled, and executed a remarkable job; we engaged in delightful conversation throughout. Although I came in as a walk-in, Liam did mention that scheduling in advance is beneficial for them. Despite having fragile and short nails, Liam knew precisely how to assist! I eagerly anticipate my next appointment. :)
