I spoke with Jordan over the phone and she was incredibly helpful in scheduling my appointment. I was able to get in on the same day. The place is a charming little spot, and the interior is beautifully cozy. Jordan did a fantastic job explaining things during the session, took her time, and engaged in pleasant conversation. She made sure I felt at ease, and even in moments of silence, always checked in on me. Crystal, another individual working there, was also very kind! As a first-timer, I am delighted I selected this establishment for my sugar waxing. I achieved good results and received valuable information on hair growth, sugar waxing versus traditional waxing, and post-care steps.
