I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The person who did my nails was incredibly kind and we decided to experiment with a new style. They executed the cat eye polish flawlessly, and the end result is absolutely stunning!
I've visited this salon twice now. The first visit was satisfactory, just a simple gel manicure. However, during my second visit for a pedicure today, I only had my feet soaking when I noticed multiple cockroaches scurrying across the floor. I immediately decided to leave. When I informed one of the staff members about the issue, they denied the presence of bugs until other workers confirmed seeing them as well. This incident raises concerns about the salon's cleanliness, and I prefer not to have tools used on me that may have come into contact with roaches. It's disappointing as my first visit was good, but now I'll have to find another place for my nail services.
I always request John or his partner to do my nails. As a server, having well-maintained nails is essential for me! Whenever I've tried someone else at the salon, the shape was off, the polish chipped within days, and any embellishments would either fall off or break. I highly recommend John and his partner as they are fantastic and provide excellent service!
