The warm welcome upon entering set the tone, and the experience only improved from there. Let's show respect with our words as this establishment truly deserves it. The team is incredibly well-versed in their products and genuinely want you to be informed as well. When I expressed hesitation about a product, my Budtendar recommended that I conduct research to ensure I felt confident about what I was consuming. Impressive. And when it came time for checkout... let me just say, the skill of counting back change is alive and well here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Revisiting the situation, I owe an apology to Bees Knees as they were not at fault; this issue lies with Better Blooms. Bees Knees has provided exceptional care for me... a special shoutout to the owner for covering my expenses.
James at this Duncan location racially profiled me, displaying unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Upon presenting my passport, he immediately denied its validity, stating it wasn't a legally accepted form of identification. Even after confirming with his superior that it was indeed valid, he continued to cast doubt on it. His lack of customer service skills was evident.
