The quality of service is usually good, depending on the nail technician you get, but the pricing is quite inconsistent. I paid $57 back in September for a full set of nails with gel polish when I was in the area. Today, my daughter got the same service while on a shopping trip and was charged $75 (excluding tip). The nail artist, identified as "S," justified the higher price by claiming the nails were longer, despite confirming a price of $55 over the phone before coming in. I attempted to call the salon to address this issue, but the line was busy for an hour. Our nails were simple, with just one color and no intricate designs.
I had a fantastic experience getting my nails, my friend's, and her daughters' nails done here. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the environment was clean. I highly recommend visiting and having Tony, Melony, or any other employee take care of your pedicure or manicure.
Got my nails done last week on 12.16.24, and today is 12.22.24. Less than a week later, the gel polish is already peeling and chipping, as evident in the photos I shared. My thumb chipped just 2 days after the appointment, and today, I noticed a bump on another nail which caused the gel polish to lift when touched. The service was swift as I was a walk-in, and the staff was friendly. However, I was charged $60 for the service. I will have to seek another salon to have them fixed.
