Today was the day we had eagerly awaited. It was Candle Day, with all 3-wick candles priced at $9.95. We braved the crowds and made our way to Bath & Body Works in Charleston, WV. It was bustling, but not as chaotic as I had anticipated. My spouse and I stocked up on all our favorite candles for Christmas.
I went Black Friday shopping here. It was incredibly crowded, and the checkout lines were quite long. However, they had an efficient system in place to move people in and out quickly.
I'd suggest avoiding this store. The staff lacks knowledge and aren't very helpful, often just standing behind the counter with only one register open and a long line of 10 people. They also seem to dodge promotions; I was told the $12.95 candles weren't applicable because it's a "tester store." What even is a tester store? It's called Bath and Body Works, not a tester store. It's best to shop elsewhere or online to save yourself from the frustration and headache of dealing with this store and its employees.
