Honestly, I trust only Taylor with my hair; I wouldn't let anyone else touch it. While my overall experience was pleasant, I do regret spending $170 on the service. I left the salon in tears because the stylist who worked on my hair knew he had made a mistake and tried to cover it up by suggesting I leave it curly. I should have walked out when I saw another employee laughing and making comments while washing my hair. They also performed a treatment without consulting me, which cost an additional $30. My sons (ages 17 & 18) recently visited Charlotte for their prom haircuts. Both of them left extremely pleased with their new hairstyles. Given their very thick hair, they have previously left salons with subpar or terrible cuts. They were both thrilled with Charlotte's work.
