I frequented this establishment when Alex worked as a stylist but they are no longer there. The salon has reached out multiple times to inquire about changing my appointment time. When I make an appointment, I anticipate being accommodated at the designated day and time. If I desired a different slot, that's when I would have scheduled it. After three disappointments, I opted to take my patronage elsewhere. The salon is consistently bustling which results in a lack of attention to detail. Assistants handle the dye and perms, leading to instances where the color is off or the perm doesn't set uniformly. Given the price of services at this salon, the experience does not justify the cost.
If it were possible, I would assign zero stars.
