Kimi was fantastic! They are so kind and welcoming, my first visit here! I haven't had my eyebrows done in a while because a previous eyebrow artist messed them up, so I was a bit anxious, but they did an amazing job! I absolutely love the results! I frequented this establishment when Alex worked as a stylist but they are no longer there. The salon has reached out multiple times to inquire about changing my appointment time. When I make an appointment, I anticipate being accommodated at the designated day and time. If I desired a different slot, that's when I would have scheduled it. After three disappointments, I opted to take my patronage elsewhere. The salon is consistently bustling which results in a lack of attention to detail. Assistants handle the dye and perms, leading to instances where the color is off or the perm doesn't set uniformly.
