Disappointing visit. Lack of communication led to incorrect eyebrow shaping. Left with thin, uneven brows and an unknown shape. Sustained cuts in the middle of both brows. Service was rough and rushed. I had a gel manicure & gel pedicure done by Lisa. She was exceptionally skilled and paid such close attention to detail, I am absolutely thrilled with the appearance of my nails/toe nails. She also took care of an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me for months, and I left without any discomfort. The salon is also very flexible with short notice appointments and impeccably clean. Every team member put in a lot of effort and were incredibly warm and welcoming.
