Barb is a lifesaver! He went out of his way to fit me in before his vacation and made sure I had all of the information I needed. He was patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. I cannot express how thankful I was to have him in my corner that day!
I called for an appointment and was told that a person by the same name was nasty to a stylist and that I couldn't come in for an appointment. The receptionist handled it poorly by saying that she was having computer issues and needed to put me on hold, only for another man to pick up the phone to deliver the "news"!! RED FLAGS. I declined receiving their services AFTER I cleared up their mistake. They handled the situation very poorly. I think I know why the other person was unhappy with services.
Wonderful customer service! Very kind and considerate. The owner was very helpful and really took his time to assist me.
