We had such a wonderful time getting my 4 year old's ears pierced. Making an appointment online was a breeze, arriving at the store was smooth, and they were eagerly waiting for us with all the paperwork prepared. The piercer meticulously mapped the dots on both ears, ensuring they looked perfect by having me double-check multiple times. She took her time to connect with my little one, giving her a countdown and explaining the process thoroughly! The store had a great selection of earrings in stock, and the piercer was very knowledgeable about the entire procedure from beginning to end, including the aftercare. Given the limited options for children's earrings and piercings, I was extremely pleased with our visit. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about it or flaunting her new earrings, and we will definitely return for more in the future. It's like finding a hidden treasure!
Tamara and her colleague provided exceptional customer service. My 5-year-old twins had a fantastic experience getting their ears pierced by them. They were incredibly kind and gentle, making the day truly memorable! Their teamwork was remarkable, and their bond as a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law was heartwarming.
I have always had positive experiences there. The staff is consistently friendly. The only downside is that there is a limited supply of free earrings, so make sure to grab your preferred ones before they run out.
