Gel nail extension in Dublin

I am truly disappointed to have to give such a low rating, especially after seeing all the positive reviews. I went in for a nail appointment on 9/18, and to my dismay, one of the nails came off already. During my initial visit, the staff was pleasant and ensured my satisfaction, but there were inconsistencies in how my manicure was executed. One hand was properly prepped, while the other was neglected. The technicians were diligent until the salon became crowded with appointments, leading to rushed services. I understand the time constraints due to waiting customers, but better time management could have been implemented to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve. It's disheartening as I wanted my nails done before my trip, and now, just a day before my departure, a nail has come off. In all the years I've been getting my nails done, this has never happened, and it's disappointing to see the money spent go to waste. Despite the rushed experience, the staff was kind. UPDATE: More nails have come off, and I am left unsatisfied with the short lifespan of my manicure.

Mary is exceptional! She's the only one I trust with my nails. I travel over 30 minutes to her salon because she and her team deliver outstanding results that I haven't found elsewhere. I highly recommend Luxor!

This nail salon was absolutely amazing! I can't praise it enough! I skipped lunch before my appointment and indulged in Popeyes 🫣 I know it's not the norm at some places, but they didn't bat an eye or ask me to get rid of it; they let me enjoy my meal 🥰 The hospitality here was top-notch! I walked in with poorly shaped brown nails and a subpar pedicure that needed fixing. They did an incredibly thorough job to ensure I left completely satisfied 😍😍😍😍 I can't speak highly enough of this place—definitely worth a visit! But let's not rush too much; I don't want them fully booked next time I need a refill 😂

This salon is the worst I've ever visited. The nail technician completely botched my nails, despite the high prices. The work was extremely messy, and they were unresponsive to feedback. I will not be returning here.
