I am truly disappointed to have to give such a low rating, especially after seeing all the positive reviews. I went in for a nail appointment on 9/18, and to my dismay, one of the nails came off already. During my initial visit, the staff was pleasant and ensured my satisfaction, but there were inconsistencies in how my manicure was executed. One hand was properly prepped, while the other was neglected. The technicians were diligent until the salon became crowded with appointments, leading to rushed services. I understand the time constraints due to waiting customers, but better time management could have been implemented to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve. It's disheartening as I wanted my nails done before my trip, and now, just a day before my departure, a nail has come off. In all the years I've been getting my nails done, this has never happened, and it's disappointing to see the money spent go to waste. Despite the rushed experience, the staff was kind. UPDATE: More nails have come off, and I am left unsatisfied with the short lifespan of my manicure.

For the past 5 years, I have been a loyal customer at this salon, and I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Tina is a master at her craft, delivering exceptional nail services every time. Whether it's a manicure or pedicure, she exceeds my expectations. Whenever I present her with a nail design idea, she replicates it flawlessly, sometimes even improving upon it. I have never had any complaints and always leave completely content. Additionally, Tina provides the most relaxing shoulder massages, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. If you're looking for top-notch nail services, Tina is the one to visit – I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
