After reading all the reviews, it's clear that the owner, Li, has not responded to any of them. This lack of concern for customer feedback reflects the overall negative vibe of the place. I observed several older male clients entering the spa in quick succession, while there weren't enough therapists to accommodate them all. It seems that Li prioritizes male customers over females, neglecting the quality of service for women.
What a waste of money! I was seeking a hot oil massage to relieve my tense body. The first visit was mediocre, with the therapist not understanding my request for deep tissue massage. I let it go, as it provided some relief to my back pain. About 8 weeks later, I returned due to lower back and foot pain. My appointment was at 7:30 pm, but I arrived early at 7:10. The therapist placed me in the same room as before, with a bright light that she claimed wasn't working. She started the massage around 7:20 pm, and despite the distractions, I tried to relax. However, the session was interrupted multiple times for unknown reasons, making it difficult to enjoy the massage. The therapist abruptly ended the session after only 5 minutes, claiming it was an hour-long massage. When I pointed out the actual time, she offered an additional 10 minutes but then left abruptly, leaving me unsatisfied with the service. It was the worst massage experience of my life, and I won't be returning.
I have been a long-time patron of this spa, but the quality of service has significantly declined recently. The skilled therapists I used to know are no longer there. During my recent visit, I requested a two-hour massage, as usual. However, the therapist lacked skill and effort, making the experience unsatisfactory. She questioned my choice halfway through the session, and upon my adjustment to one hour, she abruptly ended the massage to get hot rocks, cutting the session short by 30 minutes. Feeling dissatisfied, I paid for the hour-long service, tipped the therapist, and inquired about the poor service. The staff mentioned that the owner's absence due to a trip to China was affecting the service quality. Despite feeling mistreated, I paid and left, hoping they learn from this experience. The entire massage lasted from 3:35 to 4:10, leaving me disappointed with the treatment I received.
