Melissa provided a thorough color consultation, then flawlessly colored and styled my hair. Despite my initial nerves, she patiently addressed all my queries, offering reassurance. "Trust me. Just relax," she assured me. And she delivered. Not once did she mention the discount, treating me with the same care. Kudos to Melissa, you're exceptional.
Michael is a gem! Exceptional! If I ever relocate, I'd find a way back just for his expertise. Zu, the nail technician, does impeccable work. My gel nails last the full 4 weeks!
