I must reiterate, lacks professionalism. The salon's appearance is subpar, a tad unkempt. Sandals and spaghetti straps are not typical salon attire in my experience. Perhaps it aims for a more casual vibe compared to larger, more reputable salons. My stylist struggled with English, which is not an issue, but my request for a short cut resulted in a medium length. I wanted a natural curl bounce with just product, yet she curled my already curly hair. The total cost of $65 felt exorbitant. I should have gone to Mastercuts at Park Place Mall, where I could have received the desired services for the same price. The owner's responses to negative reviews seem defensive and unprofessional. Instead of fighting back, why not work with customers to improve the establishment? If you seek professionalism, this may not be the ideal salon for you.

I used to enjoy my visits here until I was twice left waiting for scheduled appointments only to find out that my assigned stylist was unavailable due to various reasons. This lack of organization is unacceptable. If I'm told to arrive in 15-20 minutes, I expect to receive the service promptly. This inconsistency and unprofessionalism prevent me from giving a 5-star rating.
