Absolutely adore my Hand and Stone membership! Candace is a true massage wizard. I used to see massages as a luxury, but after experiencing Candace's magic touch, it's now a necessity. I even scheduled an appointment for my spouse, and he's now a member too. Candace has a deep understanding of the body and knows how to ease tension and relax muscles from head to toe. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I must begin by expressing my fondness for Hand and Stone. I've been a member for over 6 years, but I won't be returning to this particular location. I visited twice in the last fortnight for 3 services. The first session included a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute facial. The facial was wonderful, but the massage took a turn at the end. In the final 5 minutes, I felt exposed. After speaking with the manager, I received a complimentary 60-minute massage. I then booked a 90-minute hot stone massage with aromatherapy for the following week. Upon arrival, the massage therapist seemed unaware of the specifics of my appointment. The lack of preparation and communication amongst the staff was evident. During the session, the therapist seemed unfamiliar with the membership benefits, which left me feeling uneasy. It appears this location is experiencing a decline in service quality.
Being a member of Hand and Stone has been a delightful experience. Having previously been a member of Massage Envy (a decision I regret), I can confidently say that Hand and Stone excels in ambiance, professionalism, and customer care. They truly appreciate my loyalty by ensuring my booking process and service experiences are top-notch. I can easily schedule appointments with my preferred therapists. The front desk team is always warm and helpful.
