If I could give zero stars, I would. Initially charged $220 for a basic pedicure and acrylic nail set with a simple French design. Upon requesting the technician to rectify the issues during the appointment, faced attitude and gossiping about not needing to fix them. Nails were uneven in shape, size, and poorly painted. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the manager, Sue. Scheduled an appointment for corrections, only to be turned away after 15 minutes of waiting. Additionally, a friend received mismatched colors on nails and toes, encountering a similar negative attitude from the technician. Will not return and will dissuade others from visiting.
Visited for a pedicure with my granddaughter, promptly accommodated with an appointment. Opted for the deluxe pedicure at $40. While the service matched the menu description, it felt rushed. There was little opportunity to relax and savor the experience. Despite the lack of a crowd, the staff seemed eager to finish quickly. Perhaps sometimes speed is essential, but we were hoping to unwind and enjoy the paraffin and hot stone massage, which was not possible on this occasion.
Had a fantastic time at the salon. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Nails were beautifully done in just an hour! Highly recommended.
