Kim (I hope I got her name right) was exceptionally kind and consistently ensured I was satisfied with the design. I showed her a picture, and after making a few adjustments, she swiftly began working on my nails. Lisa was also very helpful and accommodating. Their talent is truly remarkable; honestly, my nails look like something straight out of Pinterest. I requested a shorter length since I work with elderly individuals and personally prefer shorter nails. Their customer service is exceptional! I will definitely be returning soon 🥰
The establishment is impeccably clean, and they always sanitize after each customer. There are a few necessary steps to follow before entering the store to ensure safety during the pandemic, and they only allow three customers inside at a time. Therefore, it's crucial to ALWAYS CALL and schedule an appointment before arriving.
I absolutely adore visiting this place. The team is incredibly friendly and Lisa is exceptional. They are consistently punctual with appointments and take their time with your nails. The oil and lotion massage at the end leaves your hands feeling incredibly soft. I prefer a simple look, so I've attached a photo of a manicure and dip powder with my natural nail.
