Angel was incredibly kind and exceptionally accommodating, but on two occasions now, I have felt very dissatisfied with my hair. The first time wasn't too bad, but styling my hair after that appointment was quite challenging. After my second appointment, styling my hair became nearly impossible. It's been two months, and other hairstylists I've visited are unsure how to fix it without cutting a significant amount. I often end up in tears because my hair is only manageable in an updo. It's disheartening as I feel trapped in a cycle of not being able to grow my hair longer 😩 Angel is lovely, but not suited for those with fine/thin hair, a specific part, or cowlicks.
Raven from Salon Zeal is absolutely amazing. She is a curly hair expert and excels at explaining her techniques and reasoning. Raven took the time to truly grasp my desired look and showcased various styling options with their advantages, disadvantages, and nuances. I left with an undercut that perfectly matched my vision, and she somehow achieved a magical cascading effect with my hair that looks stunning no matter how I style it. I will definitely return and highly recommend her services.
Raven was exceptional!! She educated me on proper hair care methods!! My hair has noticeably improved!! The best part is, I can maintain it at home! If you have curly hair, this is the ideal spot for you.
