Today I came in for a nose piercing! The person ahead of me seemed faint, but Tami took the time to ensure she was comfortable before proceeding. It's clear she values her clients and doesn't treat them as just a number. My piercing was swift and nearly painless. I'll definitely return to her for future piercings!
I had a fantastic tattoo artist who provided excellent guidance for my tattoo. Thank you, Allie, for the great work. The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone was friendly. I'll be returning soon.
I phoned to arrange a consultation for a 2×2 memorial tattoo of my late uncle. The person who answered initially seemed pleasant until I requested a consultation. Her demeanor shifted and insisted I send a photo to their website. After finalizing my idea inspired by Americana art (as my uncle was an artist), I couldn't locate a link on their site. Upon calling again, the same person answered and when I inquired about visiting in person with the photo, she curtly refused, directing me to Instagram. When I mentioned not having Instagram, she bluntly stated she couldn't assist me. The whole interaction felt rude, except for the initial phone pick-up. Disappointed, I made an appointment elsewhere. It's disheartening as I've known Monica's family since the 80s, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
