I had a walk-in appointment and was promptly taken back for a pedicure, which was fantastic! The pedicure itself was impeccable. The individual who performed the pedicure did an exceptional job. However, I opted for a gel pedicure and it barely lasted a week. It started chipping and peeling off easily. My previous gel pedicure from a different salon lasted 5 weeks. I recently had my hair styled at this salon. It's well-kept and organized. The wait time was minimal, and the stylist executed my desired look perfectly in a timely manner. Today, I brought my child for a haircut, and the result was fantastic, matching the reference image precisely. The staff primarily speaks Spanish, but they accommodate non-Spanish speakers with Google Translate. They are efficient, friendly, and produce high-quality work. Angel was incredibly kind and exceptionally accommodating, but on two occasions now, I have felt very dissatisfied with my hair. The first time wasn't too bad, but styling my hair after that appointment was quite challenging. After my second appointment, styling my hair became nearly impossible. It's been two months, and other hairstylists I've visited are unsure how to fix it without cutting a significant amount. I often end up in tears because my hair is only manageable in an updo. It's disheartening as I feel trapped in a cycle of not being able to grow my hair longer 😩 Angel is lovely, but not suited for those with fine/thin hair, a specific part, or cowlicks.
