The salon itself is beautiful and the receptionists and hair washers are amazing. However, my experience with Dana was quite unpleasant and I won't be returning to this salon. She seemed annoyed from the moment I sat down, setting a negative tone for the whole visit. Despite asking for a simple haircut, she ended up giving me uneven bangs, now I have to go elsewhere to fix it. She also complained about my slight tardiness and refused to dry my hair, despite me calling ahead to inform them. Her behavior felt needlessly rude, and I've never been so dissatisfied with a hairdresser before.
