Highly skilled individuals. Warm, courteous, and pleasant customer service. Impeccably clean establishment. They perform their duties with precision and integrity. I would highly recommend this establishment for an exceptional manicure, pedicure, and long-lasting nail color. Their transparency regarding their services was greatly appreciated.
If it were possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would. The pedicure was satisfactory, but when it came to selecting a nail design, I was pressured to decide before the pedicure was even complete. The quality of my nails is the worst I have ever experienced. The technician continuously pushed for a specific nail color, leading to unnecessary repetition on my part. The filing was uneven, the polish was sloppily applied, with excess on my cuticles. The service was discourteous, and I would strongly advise against visiting. It was not worth the money spent.
Overall, we were pleased with our pedicures. We phoned twenty minutes prior to our arrival, and they accommodated us. The salon was bustling, and I felt that perhaps we should have chosen a less hectic day. While we both enjoyed our pedicures, we sensed a lack of attentiveness from the staff, who seemed to be focused on swiftly moving through clients. I understand the demands of a business, but I felt a sense of haste on the part of the technicians. We would consider returning on a quieter day. My daughter's no-chip manicure turned out exactly as she desired, and my watermelon-themed pedicure was well-executed, except for the omission of the white line between the pink and green. If you prefer a more leisurely, unrushed pedicure experience, I recommend scheduling your visit during off-peak hours.
