This nail salon in Dover is quite typical of others I've visited. While the customer service was alright, the time taken for a manicure and pedicure was excessive, nearly 3 hours. To add, both my sister's and my nails started chipping within just a few days. My sister's cuticles were left unattended, nails not properly polished or trimmed. I've visited all three individuals (Yulissa, Danielle, and Natalie) for waxing, and each of them provided an exceptional and pleasant experience. Natalie, particularly, has been handling my lash lifts and tints, and I'm consistently thrilled with the outcomes! This year marked my initial venture into waxing beyond my brows, and I can't fathom going elsewhere! I decided to give this place a chance despite the negative feedback. I had no option but to opt for gel nail polish on my nails, even though they were offering regular paint for my toes. Throughout the entire nail session, my toes were left to dry. Assuming it was safe, I put on my socks after the procedure was complete. The technicians did not mention anything.
