I had my nails done and the very next day one popped off. By Day 3, I had 3 more loose nails and 2 missing mails. My nails looked terrible, the acrylic was thick and the polish bulky. I returned for a fix and the technician added glue to the bottom of my loose nails and repaired the missing ones. Within a week, I only had 4 nails remaining. I’ve never had this happen before, and this was my second time visiting this particular establishment. My nails were literally popping off at the slightest touch. I will not be going back, nor recommending this establishment! ☹️
I understand why this place has such low ratings. I came because it was Sunday and the only place open. I repeatedly stated that I wanted a regular pedicure with regular polish. When they brought my color, I asked if it was regular polish. They said yes, then brought out the UV light. I explained that regular polish doesn’t need a UV light. Finally, the nail tech next to mine understood what I was saying and informed them. I had regular polish on my toenails when I arrived, but they insisted it was gel and charged me for gel, even though they were able to remove it with regular remover and without soaking. This place is terrible.
Please avoid this place!!! I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This place gave me staphylococcus. On 09/24, I went to this place to get a full set and a pedicure. I asked for a French manicure and pedicure which turned out to be terrible, but I believe in paying for services rendered. After leaving the nail place, I noticed one finger throbbing. I didn’t think much of it until the next morning when I woke up with a swollen finger. I had never experienced anything like this before, so I didn’t know what to do. By the second day, I couldn’t move my finger, and it was so swollen that I had to seek medical attention. I cut the nails off and went to the doctor. During the appointment, the doctor drained the pus and provided me with medical treatment. After leaving the doctor, I contacted the nail place. I spoke to the manager, Michelle, and her son. They told me that their lawyer would contact me just because I asked for a refund. I didn’t mind showing my doctor's paperwork, pictures, and the medical treatment provided by the doctor. To this day, I haven’t received a call from the lawyer. I will be reaching out to the health department!
