The scheduling options at this establishment are inconvenient, and it seems like they have reduced their operating hours since I first became a client. I initially chose this place because of its location, but now booking appointments has become a hassle. It might be better to consider a different branch or even switch to a different company. I deeply regret investing my money here; it feels like a total waste.
Arrived for an appointment and the gentleman at the front desk - well-dressed and courteous - presented me with a quote for a 36-month financing plan of $4,700 right after I mentioned my desire for a facial treatment. It's concerning when the initial interaction aims to lock you into such a significant contract. The reception area was neat and organized.
The staff here is incredibly welcoming! I've undergone 4 sessions for my underarms, bikini area, and legs, and the results have been amazing. I only need to shave about once a week now.
