The pedicure was superb, and my nails look splendid! My previous set, from another establishment, had been too delicate, so we removed them and began anew. They accommodated me as a walk-in and did not rush the service, even though it was nearing closing time. Thank you.
What I sought and what I received. Honestly, this land has always been dear to me. I felt a surge of joy when I found a highly skilled nail artisan available! Usually, I lack the courage to voice complaints. Yet, that visit to Angel Nail Spa might just mark my final one. The establishment is exquisite, and my past experiences have been delightful. However, this time, I felt hurried to leave despite having an appointment three hours before closing time.
Once upon a time, I believed this establishment to be the finest in the city. I used to receive numerous compliments regularly. However, my recent visits have left me utterly disappointed. The gentleman situated by the ATM at the end is exceptionally impolite. I informed him that my nails were excessively uneven after he filed them; he even acknowledged it himself. Yet, he left them in that state. Furthermore, he charged me for long nails but ended up trimming them short. I never prefer my nails to be short, and he did not even provide the design I requested. I am deeply upset 😡; this has occurred during my last three visits. I feel ashamed of my nails this time around; after paying $90, I should adore them as I used to upon leaving that nail salon. Numerous individuals are voicing similar complaints. If you happen to receive service from the owner, AVA, I assure you, you will be exceedingly pleased as she is exceptional. However, I do not recommend anyone else. Additionally, I required a pedicure, informed him of this, and he instructed me to wait for an hour 😩 😒 😫. I attended a wedding with my feet looking neglected, and I was thoroughly disappointed 😞 😩 😫.
