I despise this salon. They rushed through my nail service, resulting in an unsightly outcome. The technician disregarded my preferences, deeming them unattractive, and proceeded with his own choices. I was charged $90 for the service, despite the poor quality. Additionally, I was cut during the process, and my thumbnail lengths are uneven. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
Don’t be swayed by the reviews. My partner and I visited this salon for pedicures, and Crystal did an excellent job on my toes! It was my first visit here, and I would rate it 10/10!
I pass by this salon frequently and needed a fill-in. I decided to have a soak-off and get a new set. I was seated promptly (now I know why) and an elderly gentleman hurried through the service, his focus everywhere but on me. After placing my left hand under the dryer, I noticed the polish bubbling up. He repeatedly tried to pull my hand back while I inspected it. I pointed out the issue, and he said he would correct it. Upon completion, he informed me the cost would be $40 and prepared the bill. When I requested to wash my hands due to dust and residue, he casually replied, "Oh, some people don't need it," and gestured towards the back sink. I didn't argue, paid, and later noticed my hands were dry, the polish was uneven, and appeared aged. The next morning, the polish on one nail bubbled again, and another was lifting as if it could be peeled off. I suspect the polish used was old or of poor quality. I won't be returning.
