My first visit here was delightful, thanks to Giselle Sandoval who took excellent care of me. She was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was serene and lovely. I am thrilled with my eyebrows and the threading and tinting services. I truly enjoyed myself, rating the experience a perfect 10 out of 10.

I visited Lumière Lashes previously and had an exceptional experience. The staff members were all kind and fostered a positive atmosphere. However, I later saw a post on Instagram where Lumière Lashes criticized a client for having oily hair, deeming it unacceptable for a hair appointment. Many of us have shown up with oily hair at some point. Even if the client's hair was excessively oily, shouldn't it be the hairstylist's responsibility to work with all hair types, even if it required an extra wash? Additionally, what if the client was dealing with mental health issues and mustered the courage to attend the appointment in an effort to start fresh? It could have taken a lot of bravery for her to show up, only to be publicly shamed. To the client in question, I apologize for what happened to you. This incident made me deeply uncomfortable. Hairstylists are meant to uplift and empower women through their craft, not humiliate them on social media over something as trivial as oily hair. Put yourself in her shoes - how would you feel seeing such a post about yourself?

I visited a salon for highlights, but the owner and another stylist barely acknowledged me, choosing to chat amongst themselves instead. I had hoped for more interaction with my stylist rather than with a coworker /:
