I have been attempting to schedule for a duration of 2 months, only to discover that all time slots are consistently fully booked. It appears that the establishment has exceeded its capacity. It may be time to contemplate terminating my membership.

My scheduled massage was abruptly cancelled precisely three hours prior to the appointed time. Upon contacting the establishment, they expressed regret for the inconvenience caused. However, I couldn't help but note that had I cancelled within the same timeframe, I would have incurred charges as per their policy. When inquiring about potential solutions, I was informed that no alternatives were available, as it was beyond the establishment's control that the massage therapist was unwell. While the staff member I spoke with remained courteous throughout the conversation, the lack of any form of compensation or consideration for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation is unacceptable. After meticulously arranging my schedule to secure an appointment weeks in advance, having it cancelled without any form of recompense is disappointing. If a cancellation is necessitated due to the unavailability of an employee, some form of accommodation for the inconvenience caused should be extended.
