In all honesty, this nail salon offers the most affordable services in Springfield. While the quality isn't terrible, I consistently find myself having to visit another salon to have my nails reshaped and polished to my satisfaction.
If it were possible, I would give this establishment zero stars. The service was absolutely atrocious. The nails were unevenly shaped, with excessive cutting near the cuticles. Our service was initially handled by a woman, only to be transferred to a male technician midway through. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed.
I don't typically enjoy writing negative reviews as I believe it can negatively impact a business. However, I must give a rating of 2 stars because the service was quick. I had requested oval-shaped glass nails, showing a photo for reference, and the technician confirmed he could replicate it. Despite my repeated reminders during the nail shaping process that I desired an oval/round shape, I left with uneven square nails. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
