I have visited this store twice. The first time, upon entering, the strong scent was overwhelming but there was a wide variety of scents to choose from. However, today I went with my child to take advantage of the liquid hand soap sale and use a $10 coupon. The store had advertised their new pumpkin scents being available. Upon arrival, the only pumpkin-scented items were a couple of body butters that smelled more like hazelnut and brown sugar. When I inquired about the pumpkin scented items, the saleswoman informed me that they had sold out quickly. Disappointed, I left without any sale items or coupon savings. I couldn't help but wonder why they weren't making more pumpkin scents daily if they were selling out so fast. So let down! We did find a couple of new scents we liked, but there was no liquid hand soap available.
Buff City Soap is a favorite of mine, especially the Dickson TN location! My experience with Haylie, who explained all their products, was fantastic! I will definitely be recommending it to my friends!
I visited Buff City Soap in Dickson for a quick stop to pick up a bar for my spouse and myself. However, some of my friends joined me after we had dinner together. As I was browsing, I realized that the store was likely closed. The service representative, now known to me as Sedona, assured us that it was fine and encouraged us to take our time. She even took the extra effort to explain the golden ticket giveaway and assist my friend in choosing products since it was her first visit. My friend ended up buying more items than I did and even purchased a mystery box, all thanks to Sedona! I can't recall the jokes we shared, but I do remember that we were all having a great time laughing together. Sedona truly exceeded expectations with her customer service. She was kind, knowledgeable, and humorous! A wonderful experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
