Dr. Bork is incredibly professional yet approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment; she conducted her examination, explained my condition, and we agreed on heel injections for the inflammation. Despite my nerves, she was incredibly supportive and handled the injections with care. She outlined the follow-up plans clearly. Her nurse was also friendly, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend them!
My experience with Dr. Bork and her exceptional team was outstanding. They promptly accommodated me and provided thorough assistance. When I called the next day regarding a pharmacy matter, they resolved it in under 10 minutes. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.
Dr. Bork's assistant, Emily, was incredibly kind and attentive. She diligently took notes as I shared my symptoms and worries. Dr. Bork is exceptional! She is approachable, listens attentively, and asks relevant questions. When discussing treatment options, she ensures they align with my other medical conditions. If a pleasant doctor's visit exists, this was it.
