Regrettably, our visit was rather disappointing. The staff was cordial, but it appears that they should hone their skills before attempting a haircut. It seems as though Riley is only familiar with one style, as instead of trimming an inch off my partner's hair, she ended up buzzing it down to the skin. It seemed like she was making mistakes and her solution was to keep shaving. Additionally, it appeared that she struggled to work with curls and opted to shave them off rather than working with their natural texture.
