Accompanied my grandmother to this nail salon; she wanted her nails done, and I opted for a full set. I vow to never return to this establishment!! The nail technician was impolite and lacked expertise. He was excessively rough, handling my hands roughly and causing cuts with the tools, then blamed me for it. (How is that my fault??) When I requested a color change, he became irate, resulting in a messy job (I have photographic evidence!!). My nails were meant to be coffin-shaped, but they were not; they were all crooked and uneven!! Undoubtedly, the worst nail salon I've ever visited!! When I asked for a refund, they refused because the owner was absent. (The man just kept loudly saying no), but the lady (who was kind) advised me to return when the owner was present! The man's demeanor was rude, and his customer service skills were lacking!! My hands are incredibly sore; it's absurd!! Do NOT squander your money!!
