Accompanied my grandmother to this nail salon; she wanted her nails done, and I opted for a full set. I vow to never return to this establishment!! The nail technician was impolite and lacked expertise. He was excessively rough, handling my hands roughly and causing cuts with the tools, then blamed me for it. (How is that my fault??) When I requested a color change, he became irate, resulting in a messy job (I have photographic evidence!!). My nails were meant to be coffin-shaped, but they were not; they were all crooked and uneven!! Undoubtedly, the worst nail salon I've ever visited!! When I asked for a refund, they refused because the owner was absent. (The man just kept loudly saying no), but the lady (who was kind) advised me to return when the owner was present! The man's demeanor was rude, and his customer service skills were lacking!! My hands are incredibly sore; it's absurd!! Do NOT squander your money!!
If no stars were an option, that's what they'd receive. Scheduled for 6, confirmed the day prior. Upon arrival, only 1 nail tech was available. After 1.5 hours, only 1 person was finished, and the nails were awful. Not recommended. Left for a different salon to finish the party.
I can't praise this place enough. My two daughters, niece, and I all got our nails done, with my older daughter and I also getting pedicures. The pricing is among the best I've seen, and my nails turned out to be my absolute favorite. Despite living nearly an hour away, we visited during a brief coastal getaway. I'm seriously contemplating making the drive again because I was so pleased with the service and our nails. Even my 10-year-old niece, with her tiny hands, received meticulous attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed. These professionals truly deserve every customer they attract.
