Spent two and a half hours at the nail salon, not including the time waiting on the phone. They quoted $25 but charged me $65. The nails look messy and unfinished. Should have gone elsewhere for better quality and efficiency.
My child visited this place yesterday with a friend and her friend's mother. They were told there was an opening at 5:30, but ended up waiting until 6. The technician refused the color my daughter wanted and limited the design the other girl desired due to walk-ins. The rushed job resulted in over-filing nails, causing discomfort. Poor service overall, including a breach of privacy when he went through her phone pictures without permission.
