My appointment started 35 minutes after the scheduled time. I ended up spending over 3 hours there. I was promised color dimensions but ended up with a solid color, the grays weren't covered, and the color I wanted got covered by toner. In the end, it's okay, but the prices for the services weren't explained, so I ended up paying $300 for a root touch-up, toner, and a trim. I left with wet hair due to the lengthy stay, and it would probably cost another $50 to have it dried. Still waiting for the receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me to see what I actually paid for.
I went to the salon twice in three weeks for formal updos. Madison did an exceptional job both times. I received numerous compliments on my hair. I will definitely return the next time I have a special event!
