Hey everyone! If your online booking system is chaotic, don't offer it. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance with a specific stylist (I'm a new client who was recommended this stylist). I received a few confirmations which seemed normal...until today when I got an email confirming a different stylist. I called and spoke with someone who wasn't very friendly or helpful. After some hesitation and surprise that I didn't want to see a different stylist, I decided to cancel the appointment.
