Absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. I went in with grown-out acrylic nails and requested to have them removed and replaced with shellac on my natural nails. The technician only removed 3 acrylic nails and filed the rest, claiming they were too difficult to remove. The shellac application was sloppy and uneven, with product getting all over my fingers. By the next day, two nails were already peeling off. Frustrated with the poor quality of work, I left without saying anything after paying. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
After trying several places, I reluctantly visited "Pretty Nails" where Linh, the technician, was friendly but provided a subpar service. Despite having acrylic nails initially, she convinced me to switch to gel nails. The removal process was painful, causing bleeding on two fingers. The application of gel nails was messy and resulted in a wavy, uneven, and unnatural look. Within two days, most of the gel nails began lifting off. Despite Linh's offer to fix them, the issue persists.
I have been a loyal customer at Pretty Nails Center for 16 years, getting manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, eyeliner, and eyebrow tattoos. When I first arrived in the area, my priority was to find a salon with minimal chemical odors, and Pretty Nails Center has met that expectation perfectly. Lyn, the technician, is not only skilled but also friendly and enjoyable to be around. I am grateful for the positive impact she has had on my appearance.
