Absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. I went in with grown-out acrylic nails and requested to have them removed and replaced with shellac on my natural nails. The technician only removed 3 acrylic nails and filed the rest, claiming they were too difficult to remove. The shellac application was sloppy and uneven, with product getting all over my fingers. By the next day, two nails were already peeling off. Frustrated with the poor quality of work, I left without saying anything after paying. This nail salon is absolutely fantastic! It's spotless, calm, and spacious. I've visited a few times now, and each visit has been exceptional. The staff genuinely cares about providing high-quality service. Today was my first time getting a fresh full set here, and An Hong did an amazing job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted. I walked in early on a Wednesday morning, and they were able to accommodate me right away for a full new set and pedicure. I've tried other places, but this one is definitely my favorite so far! Thank you for the excellent service! I came to Salon Michelle after my previous stylist moved away. I decided to give it a try and I am beyond thrilled! Katey is absolutely fantastic. She really listens to what I want and then flawlessly brings it to life. I appreciate how she suggests different styling techniques to help me maintain the look.
