She lacks English skills. Credit card machine out of order. Just a trim.
So I decided to test a new spot, but left VERY dissatisfied. Frank completely botched my hair 😡 I walked in with my blonde locks needing a root touch-up, but left with this mess. He attempted to rectify it by dyeing it brown, but it still wasn't right! When I asked how much I owed him through tears, he audaciously said $120. I adamantly refused, so he reduced it by $20. Even that amount was declined. If he had asked for around $50, I might have agreed, but then he threatened to involve the authorities. I obliged, waited for them, but I suppose he grew weary of waiting and relented. This was the most dreadful salon experience I've ever encountered... Thank goodness my usual stylist at LA Latinas Salon in Aurora will fix this 😁😊 CAUTION: AVOID LETTING HIM DYE YOUR HAIR!!!!!
