Avoid this establishment at all costs! The pedicure was subpar, lacking any massage or lotion as promised with the upgraded spa treatment. The polish application was sloppy, and during the ingrown toenail procedure, the technician was so rough that I had to pull my foot away. The next day, I developed an infection. When I called to inform them, the person on the phone dismissed my concerns. Unbelievable lack of accountability.
