Linda took care of my nails! She did an amazing job and was incredibly sweet. It was a pleasure chatting with her and getting to know her during the appointment. She executed my nail design exactly as I had envisioned!
I've frequented a different local spot for years, but my last visit left me disappointed as they rushed and my nails ended up looking terrible. Today, I decided to try out Elegant Nails and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. They work efficiently without compromising on quality. My nails look fantastic and very natural! I'm thrilled to have discovered my new go-to nail salon!
The staff here is friendly, but my manicure experience was limited to gel removal and reapplication. There was no soaking, cuticle care, or hand massage included in the service. The whole process took around 10 minutes, yet I was charged $35 for a manicure. Cleanliness standards also seemed lacking in some aspects. Although the owners were kind, there seemed to be confusion regarding their services.
