AVOID LAST MINUTE BLOW OUT APPOINTMENTS! I booked a basic blow out with the first available stylist; the shampoo was decent, but the blow out was subpar. I had asked for a voluminous blow out, but ended up leaving the salon with flat hair. I had to point out that my baby hairs were still curly, and the back of my head was damp. Upon further inspection in my car, I found that the under layers of my hair were still curly and wet. I would have been better off doing it myself at home and saving $80 - absolutely ridiculous.
ALDEN has exceeded my expectations! I had requested thick and light silver highlights, and the result was even better than I had envisioned. The process had to be done in two stages to achieve the extra light color I desired. I am thrilled that he successfully eliminated all the orange tones from my hair (as evident in the "before" photos). And the best part - absolutely no damage! I am absolutely in love with my hair.
